The Necktie Killer claims another victim! Aiden knows there’s a big reward out there for Chad DiMera – and he intends to collect.  Rafe and Justin finally clear the air over the animosity between them over the case.  Adrienne has gotten the results of her blood test – but is reluctant to read them.

Chad and Ben face off when Chad accuses Ben of being the killer. Abigail returns and finds an injured Ben and a lifeless Chad. Sami is oddly calm as she learns about Will’s death. Aiden must find a way to settle his debt with the DiMeras.

Marlena, Brady, and Eric express concern for Sami. She heads over to Will’s apartment where her grief finally explodes giving way to anger. Kate and Lucas comfort each other in their grief over Will. Theresa confides her worries about Kate to Anne. Daniel and Nicole look forward to starting their life together as a married couple.

After an angry diatribe to a comatose Chad, Sami starts to smother him to death. John meets with a former teacher from Winterthorne Academy to find out what she knows about Ilya Petrov and Forrest Alamain.  Sonny comes home and has an emotional reunion with his parents.

Sami gets a shock when she receives a letter from EJ, from beyond the grave. Ben sees Abigail is struggling with the notion of Chad’s guilt and does what he can to make her believe Chad’s the killer. Sonny is caught off guard when Paul arrives on his doorstep.

It’s the day of Will’s funeral.  Later, everyone retreats to the pub, where Andre makes a stunning  appearance. Steve again questions Caroline about her visions of Bo, and she recalls seeing the name of the medical facility. Kayla breaks the news to Caroline about Will.

Aiden tells Stefano and Andre he refuses to steal the evidence against Chad from the police station. The DiMeras point out Aiden could pay back his debt if he killed Hope and inherited her fortune after they are married. Clyde realizes his son is troubled and presses until Ben admits he’s the Necktie Killer.

Bo wakes up in the jungle shack where his only companion is a reclusive woman who speaks almost no English. Kayla informs Hope that Steve’s gone in search of Bo again based on Caroline’s vision. Aiden catches Andre talking to Chase in the square and freaks out. Daniel and Nicole share a day of romance.

Eduardo runs into Rafe, and his son blasts him for sticking around. Gabi and Arianna say good-bye to Sonny. Rafe shocks Gabi by revealing Eduardo is their father. Justin urges Adrienne to get a second opinion regarding her cancer gene. Sonny visits Will’s grave and offers a final, heartfelt good-bye.

A feverish Bo hallucinates seeing Hope and pledges to find his way back to her. As Steve’s captor amps up the torture, the door opens and a guard shoves Bo into the room. Hope and Aiden have dinner with Doug and Julie to celebrate their engagement.

At the safe house, Bo and Steve catch up while trying to break free from their bonds. Shawn casts doubt on Hope’s decision to marry Aiden. Andre pays a visit to comatose Chad and encourages his brother to serve his family’s best interests.

As gas continues to seep into the room, Steve and Bo fight their way out of the safe house. Aiden, having been “kidnapped,” thinks he’s about to get whacked, but is surprised to learn his abductors are Roman and Rafe, who are throwing him a surprise bachelor party.

Steve convinces Bo to wait out the storm before flying out. Drunk Aiden tells Hope he doesn’t deserve her.  Eve rails at a comatose Chad. Justin arrives and stops her from giving into her murderous impulse.
Abigail and Ben have a huge argument.

Daniel and Abigail discover that Chad has regained consciousness.  Ben slowly unspools after learning Chad is awake. At the station, Chad asks Aiden to be his lawyer again. John tells Marlena he must leave on an ISA mission.

Caroline’s visions of Bo continue to be spot on, even though Julie and Hope continue to dismiss them. As Steve and Bo fly home, an electrical storm takes down their plane. Aiden tells Stefano and Andre he can’t go through with killing Hope.  Justin puts the screws to Chad.
